Role Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive (Rest of World) role isresponsible for managing and developing business relationships with enterpriseclients headquartered outside Southeast Asia, including the United States,Europe, Australia, and other global markets, that require payment and financialinfrastructure capabilities in the region.
The role is based in Singapore and involves managing structured, end-to-endsales processes, coordinating internal stakeholders, and supporting clientsthrough complex commercial engagements. The position requires regular overseastravel of approximately 25–30% to meet clients and partners and to supportbusiness development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships withenterprise clients headquartered in international markets
  • Execute end-to-end sales activities, includingclient discovery, solution alignment, commercial discussions, and contractexecution
  • Understand and assess client requirementsrelated to payment acceptance, payouts, settlement, and regulatoryconsiderations in Southeast Asia
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders acrossSolutions Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations,and commercial documentation aligned with client requirements
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records andforecasts using company CRM systems
  • Support client onboarding handover processes torelevant internal teams
  • Participate in client meetings, industry events,and partner engagements, both locally and overseas
  • Provide structured feedback to internal teams onclient needs, product gaps, and market trends
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and MBA from a recognisedinstitution
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience inenterprise sales, business development, or account management, includingexperience in fintech, payments, technology, or financial services
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex,multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively withcross-functional teams in a professional environment
  • Willingness and ability to travelinternationally approximately 25–30% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling payment solutions, financialinfrastructure, or SaaS platforms
  • Exposure to cross-border commerce andinternational client engagement
  • Knowledge of Southeast Asian markets
  • Experience operating within regulated orcompliance-driven industries
