Job summary

A childcare education provider in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle enquiries and assist with enrolment processes from January to February 2026. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be organised, and preferably have experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Responsibilities include follow-up calls, providing class information, and supporting the team during peak periods. This is a full-time role requiring commitment on weekdays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum commitment of 2 months from January to February 2026, with possible extension.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or sales preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and manage workloads during peak periods.

Job description
Work Location:
  • Primary location: Thomson Plaza
  • May be required to travel to other branches (Bukit Timah Plaza, Century Square, Oasis Terraces and Parkway Centre)
Work Days:
  • Able to work 4 weekdays (10am-7pm) and Saturdays (9am-6pm)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct follow-up calls to convert enquiries into enrolments and respond to parent enquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Provide clear and accurate information of class offerings, schedules, and fees.
  • Support the Customer Service team in handling walk-in and phone enquiries during the peak enrolment period
  • Coordinate with centre staff to ensure smooth communication between customer service and backend support teams
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, stock checks, and preparation of enrolment packs
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Must be able to commit for a minimum of 2 months (Jan 2026 to Feb 2026), with possibility of extension.
  • Minimum ‘A’ Level or Diploma holder in any discipline
  • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred, including conducting follow-up calls or lead conversions.
  • Service-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and guide parents through the enrolment process.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office, and able to perform basic data entry.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable, able to multitask and manage peak-period workloads independently.
