About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Enrichment Admin member to join our centre's operations team. In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth running of our administrative and compliance functions, directly supporting our mission to deliver exceptional educational experiences. The ideal candidate is an organised, independent professional who thrives in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Support
  • Be the first point of contact: warmly welcome walk-in visitors, students, and parents.
  • Professionally handle all inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person about our S.A.M programme, schedules, and fees.
  • Guide parents through the registration process, trial class bookings, and fee payment procedures.
  • Effectively convert new leads into enrolled students through attentive follow-up.
Sales & Program Promotion
  • Confidently explain the benefits and methodology of the Seriously Addictive Mathematics program.
  • Promote our courses and packages, providing tailored recommendations to meet each student's needs.
  • Address parents' questions and concerns, highlighting how S.A.M can support their child's learning journey.
Scheduling & Coordination
  • Assist in managing the class schedule, including processing rescheduling requests and cancellations.
  • Coordinate and track make-up lessons for students.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate student attendance records.
Administrative Support
  • Keep student records, enrolment details, and fee payment status up-to-date.
  • Prepare simple reports for management (e.g., attendance summaries, billing updates).
  • Assist with general administrative duties including filing, data entry.
Requirements
  • O'Level, Certificate in Administration, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent command of both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to work independently with high levels of trustworthiness and responsibility.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Working Hours & Location

3 weekdays (1.30 PM to 9:30 PM) + 2 weekends (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
