Job Description: We are currently looking for passionate and experienced English tutors who can teach online and are comfortable conducting lessons via Zoom. Bilingual ability (basic Mandarin) is preferred, to facilitate communication with students and parents.

Applicants should be familiar with Singapore’s education landscape, including international school systems. Experience in preparing students for entrance examinations such as AEIS, as well as supporting students in IB, IGCSE, and MOE syllabi (Primary/Secondary), is essential.

Teachers are expected to:

• Conduct well-prepared, engaging, and effective English lessons (1-to-1)
• Track and monitor students’ progress closely.
• Provide constructive feedback on writing assignments.
• Communicate regularly with the academic coordinator and parents when needed.
• Collaborate with our administrative team to reduce time spent on non-teaching tasks.
• Be flexible, cooperative, and committed to helping students succeed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant teaching or tutoring experience.
• Able to teach a range of syllabi: MOE (Primary/Secondary), IB, AEIS, and international school curricula.
• Familiar with Zoom and other online teaching tools.
• Degree in English, Education, Law, Humanities, Social Sciences or a related field from a reputable university.
• NIE-trained teachers (MOE Primary/Secondary) are highly preferred.
• Passionate, responsible, and student-focused.
