Job description

Various vacancies: Process Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, Design Engineers, Production Officer, Electronics Engineers.

1. Process Engineer

Focus: Manufacturing process optimization and yield improvement

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes (e.g., SMT, photolithography, wafer fab, PCB, assembly)
• Improve yield, reduce defects, scrap, and cycle time
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
• Establish process parameters, SOPs, and work instructions
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and mass production ramp-up
• Work closely with QA, Production, and Equipment teams

2. Maintenance / Equipment Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Minimize machine downtime and improve OEE
• Coordinate with vendors for machine servicing and upgrades
• Support installation, setup, and qualification of new equipment
• Maintain spare parts and maintenance documentation

3. Design Engineer (Electronics / Mechanical)

a) Electronics Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electronic circuits and systems
• PCB schematic and layout review
• Component selection and BOM management
• Support prototype build, testing, and debugging

Production Control Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to meet delivery deadlines
• Issue and control production work orders
• Coordinate with production, planning, purchasing, and warehouse teams track material availability and ensure timely issuance to production
• Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) and update production status
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports
• Follow up on production delays and support recovery plans
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company procedure

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical / Production or related)

With experience in manufacturing industry

1 - 3 years of working experience
