Job description

Responsibilities

• In charge of driving the Engineering team in executing improvement initiatives to achieve cost savings and productivity targets
• Responsible in ensuring Overall Equipment Effectiveness meets targeted performance level.
• In charge of overseeingand managing facilities maintenance activities and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Responsible in leading and taking ownership of in-house and automation machines which include software development, covering concept development, design, budgeting, testing, commissioning, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
• Take charge of identifying and recommending cost-saving initiatives to reduce operational expenses.
• Responsible for reviewing equipment designs and processes to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• In charge of providing leadership and direction to Technical, Moulding, Equipment, Process Engineers, as well as Workplace Safety functions.
• Responsible in monitoring and ensuring environmental validation activities comply with ISO standards, FDA regulations, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Min Degree inMechanical Engineering.
• Min 8 year of experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing Environment
• Min 5 year of experience inleading and delivering complex, technology-driven projects.
• Experience with automation machine design and PLC programming and CNC Machining.
