Engineering Manager (Automation) - Up to 8K #HHL

Location: Central
Salary: Up to $8,000

Responsibilities

• Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet performance targets
• Lead engineering improvement initiatives to achieve cost savings and productivity goals
• Oversee facilities maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure smooth operations
• Lead automation and in‑house machine projects (concept, design, testing, commissioning, upgrades)
• Manage Technical, Process, Equipment, Moulding Engineers and Workplace Safety functions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, ISO, FDA, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering
• Min. 10 years experience in high‑volume manufacturing
• Min. 5 years leading complex, technology‑driven projects
• Strong in automation with hands‑on experience in machine design & PLC programming
• Knowledge of CNC, milling, lathe, grinding processes
• Proficient in SolidWorks
• Familiar with PLC/HMI systems (Allen‑Bradley, Mitsubishi, Keyence, Omron, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
