Candidates should have a Diploma in Supply Chain or related fields, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in materials planning. Experience with SAP and knowledge of aviation OEMs is preferred.

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Material Planner to join our team in the dynamic and fast‑paced Aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) environment. This role is vital in ensuring the timely availability of materials to support maintenance operations and customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform material provisioning based on maintenance forecasts and work scopes.
• Manage inventory levels to support operational readiness while optimizing stock holdings.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor shortages, lead times, and backorders to minimize operational disruptions.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
• Use tools like Excel and SAP to generate reports and support planning decisions.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in materials planning or provisioning, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Familiarity with FAA or EASA requirements is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of aviation OEMs such as SAFRAN, Honeywell, and Rockwell Collins is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with export control requirements is a plus.
