Job summary

A major resort company in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to supervise day-to-day operations and maintenance. Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and perform 24/7 day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance
  • Oversee & coordinate rectification, A&A & maintenance works.
  • Ensure all building defects, breakdowns & failures are attended to expeditiously and recovery periods are minimal.
  • Ensure vendors & contractors performance & works comply with company's quality standards & authorities codes.
  • Check & ensure adequacy of spares & stocks for the repairs & maintenance function of the department.
  • Liaise with appointed contractors, subcontractors & vendors for rectification, enhancement works, etc.
  • Troubleshooting & rectification of electrical equipment, electrical fittings & electrical distribution boards.
  • Compile, collate and analyze operational data and reports for the purpose of continuous improvements.
  • Provide technical support for building services.
  • Propose & implement improvement works.
  • Able to communicate & work with Business Units to ensure 24/7 smooth operations.
Job Qualifications
  • Diploma, Higher Nitec or its equivalent from recognized training institute in electrical, mechanical or facilities operations management.
  • Min 5 years of experience in facilities operations, systems and services maintenance.
