We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer specializing in Counter‑Unmanned Aerial Systems (C‑UAS) with a strong background in Electrical and Electronics engineering and systems integration. This role involves working on mission‑critical defence and security technologies aimed at detecting, identifying, tracking, and neutralizing UAS threats.

The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, capable of leading integration efforts across multiple subsystems (sensors, effectors, software, and communications), and comfortable working in dynamic, high‑stakes environments. Prior experience or exposure to machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) is a significant advantage.

Be Part of Our Success
  • Contribute to the design, development, and integration of electrical and electronic systems within the C‑UAS architecture.

  • Perform system‑level integration and testing, ensuring interoperability of radar, RF sensors, optical systems, command & control, and effector components.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including software, mechanical, and RF engineers to ensure full system functionality.

  • Support deployment and operational testing of C‑UAS platforms, including field testing and troubleshooting.

  • Participate in researching and developing efforts for emerging technologies, particularly in Radar, RF, ML, and AI for C‑UAS applications.

  • Document system designs, integration procedures, and test results in accordance with engineering standards.

  • Be prepared to support critical operations and events, which may require working extended hours on short notice.

Qualities We Value
  • Knowledge in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Systems Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in systems integration, preferably in defence, aerospace, or high‑tech industries.

  • Proficient in hardware integration and troubleshooting of sensors, RF systems, and embedded electronics.

  • Experience in real‑time system integration and field‑testing environments.

  • Familiar with system‑level requirements analysis, interface definition, and verification processes.

  • Knowledge or experience in machine learning, computer vision, or AI‑based threat detection.

  • Experience with RF propagation, radar systems, and signal processing techniques.

  • Exposure to military or security‑grade system development processes (MIL‑STD, DO‑160, etc.).

  • Hands‑on experience with prototyping, test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, etc.), and data acquisition tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Self‑motivated and capable of working independently or in a collaborative team environment.

  • Willingness to work in high‑pressure and dynamic environments.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Able and willing to support field trials, critical operations, and mission‑driven deployments—including outside regular work hours, if necessary.
