Reporting to the Head of Broking, the primary responsibility of the position of Executive/Snr Executive is to ensure profitability, growth and retention of the retail/commercial accounts.
The candidate will assist the Manager to develop key account plans and programme structures and implement the account strategy in relation to holistic health and wellness and customer engagement.
As an Executive/Snr Executive, you will be responsible for all the business aspects of the EB account in order to ensure that all risks in relation to employees are adequately covered by insurance or other risk transfer alternatives.
The candidate will assist the support team to achieve high standards set for the development and servicing of the assigned EB account.
The candidate and team must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with HR of the assigned accounts, to assist on day‑to‑day admin, insurance and claim enquiries and to resolve amicably any complaints that come up along the way.
The candidate must ensure compliance with corporate governance and all regulatory requirements including complying with MAS rules and regulations.
