Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Purchase Executive to coordinate procurement for ELV and electrical materials. Responsibilities include negotiating pricing, sourcing materials from suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries. Candidates should have a diploma in Procurement or Engineering, along with 2-4 years of experience in purchasing roles. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, as well as strong negotiating skills, are required. The ability to communicate in Mandarin is essential for liaising with suppliers in China.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in ELV or electrical materials.
• Able to read and understand basic technical specifications and BQ.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams to consolidate purchase needs and delivery timelines.
• Source ELV and electrical materials from local and China suppliers.
• Review and compare supplier quotations, pricing, and lead times.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Issue POs/DOs and coordinate deliveries to site or warehouse.
