• Install and assemble various electrical systems and components.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on existing equipment.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical faults in systems and circuits.

Job description

Installation and Assembly

Installing new electrical systems and components (such as vaporiser ,gas detector system, LPG interlocking system, control panels), Install wiring ,circuits ,outlets,fixtures using hand & power tools . erforming routine and preventative maintenance on existing equipment.

Maintenance & Repair

Performing routine & preventative maintenance , diagnose faults, repair or replace faulty components.

Testing &Troubleshooting

Using diagnostic tools and test equipment to identify, diagnose, and fix electrical faults and performance issues in equipment , machinery and circuits.

Testing & Commissioning –

Test , Install & Commission the LPG interlocking system , gas detector panel,regulators , vaporises etc. Improvement and upgrades to existing electrical systems & Components.

Safety & Compliance

Inspect electrical systems to ensure they meet safety codes and standards and identify potential hazards.

Documentation and Reporting

Preparing detailed technical reports, documentation, maintenance records, and specifications. They also collect and record operational and testing data for analysis.

Quality Control and Safety

Inspecting designs and completed installations to ensure they meet safety standards, industry regulations, and project specifications.

Collaboration and Supervision

Working closely with engineers, other technicians, and contractors to resolve technical problems and ensure project delivery. Experienced technicians may also supervise support personnel.

Cost Estimation

Assisting in estimating the costs and quantities of materials and labor required for projects.
