A leading ACMV MNC in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to lead technical design development and manage projects. Applicants must have at least 8 years of experience in electrical works and a proven background in managing LTA projects. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. • Well Established ACMV MNC in Singapore

• Basic $6000- $8000 (Depends on experience) + Allowances

• Variable / Performance Bonuses

• Working location: Commonwealth / 3min walking distance from MRT

• Working hours: Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm

• Candidate with experience managing LTA projects is a MUST

• Possess design experience and good understanding of ACMV / Electrical technical systems and procedures:

Primary Function
  • Lead technical design development and cost estimation for the company’s future projects.

  • Provide engineering support to all ongoing company projects.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure all designs and tender submissions comply with tender specifications, relevant standards, codes, and industry best practices.
  • Review and ensure tender submissions are cost-competitive and commercially effective to secure new projects.
  • Optimise project opportunities through market competition analysis, demand evaluation, and price negotiations.
  • Maintain close and consistent communication with Consultants, Building Owners, Architects, and Developers.
  • Support the company’s future growth through competitor analysis, supplier market studies, and preparation of timely, accurate, and competitive tender pricing.
  • Lead, manage, and coordinate Engineering Teams and other Electrical Engineering staff members.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction electrical works, particularly within ACMV systems.
  • Mandatory: Proven track record in managing LTA (Land Transport Authority) projects.
  • Prior experience in infrastructure or transport-based projects is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
