Qualifications

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Electrical & Automation Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation systems, electrical panels, and control solutions for various industrial projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands‑on experience, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical control panels and automation systems.
  • Create electrical drawings (AutoCAD/EPLAN).
  • Program PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems (Siemens, Schneider, Omron, Allen‑Bradley, etc.), IOT knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify automation and electrical issues at site.
  • Perform installation, testing, and commissioning for new and existing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and test records.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in electrical automation or control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and industrial automation equipment.
  • Experience with AutoCAD/EPLAN.
  • Integrate IoT solutions into automation systems (sensors, gateways, cloud connectivity).
  • Configure and manage IoT devices, dashboards, and data‑logging systems.
  • Good understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and perform site work when required.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • SCADA development experience.
  • Experience in panel fabrication.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and risk assessments.
