Job summary

A leading project management firm in Singapore is seeking an EHS Supervisor responsible for leading site safety and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves implementing EHS policies, conducting site inspections, and supervising contractors. EHS Supervisor

Location: Singapore (Onsite, Project-Based)
Employment Type: Renewable Contract
Reporting to: Project Manager / Project Lead

About the Role

We are supporting projects within the FMCG industry, delivering technical fit‑outs and construction works. As the EHS Supervisor, you will take a lead role in overseeing site safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising contractors to maintain a strong safety culture throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation of EHS policies, site safety plans, permits‑to‑work, and safe work procedures.
  • Conduct and supervise site inspections, audits, incident investigations and corrective action follow‑up.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and coach contractors to reinforce safe working practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (MOM, WSH, SCDF, BCA) and maintain all required EHS documentation and reports.
Experience & Skills
  • Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years’ EHS experience, with proven supervisory responsibilities in construction, fit‑out, industrial or engineering projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore EHS regulations and safe work practices.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence contractors and ensure compliance across multiple work fronts.
  • Proactive, hands‑on and able to identify and mitigate risks early.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Experience within FMCG, laboratory, cleanroom, or technical facility projects.
  • WSHO or other recognised Singapore EHS certifications.
