An educational institution in Singapore is seeking a proactive Education Sales & Front Desk Executive. This role involves supporting student enrolment operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth front-of-house functions. The ideal candidate must have sales experience, be proficient in both English and Mandarin, and possess strong communication skills. The organization offers a basic salary plus commission, and the work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm, with occasional Saturday duties.
We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented Education Sales & Front Desk Executive to support both our student enrolment operations and front-of-house functions. This role involves guiding prospective students, managing class administration, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is confident in sales, comfortable engaging with customers, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.
Education Sales
Provide clear, accurate educational advice and guidance to prospective students.
Handle student enquiries, registrations, and enrolments.
Actively source, follow up on, and close sales leads.
Issue invoices and receipts, and maintain course files in accordance with CPE regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with lecturers and students on scheduling, logistics, and course arrangements.
Maintain clear communication with students and lecturers regarding class schedules, updates, and changes.
Plan and optimise class schedules to ensure efficient use of time slots and resources.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Front Desk Support
Manage incoming calls courteously and assist with appointment scheduling.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client enquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain the reception area and counselling rooms in a tidy and presentable condition.
Usher and assist students/clients/trainers in the mornings to ensure smooth check‑ins and class/session flow.
Assist with general front desk duties and other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Proven experience in sales, ideally in a direct sales or customer‑facing role.
Proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Mandarin
(Mandarin-speaking candidates are required to assist Mandarin-speaking clients and manage Mandarin-language documents.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable approaching potential customers, handling objections, and closing sales.
A team player who can collaborate effectively to support overall company goals.
Basic salary + commission
Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am – 6:30pm
Saturdays: Ad-hoc, depending on whether there are workshops scheduled. Staff may be required to return for a few hours to support class setup and administration. Time off will be provided.
