1. Able operate CNC EDM machine
2. Knowledge of EDM spark
3. Understanding of drawing
4. Must know how to use:-Micrometer, Vernier caliper, toolmaker scope, profile projector, digital dial indicator,etc.
5. Able to control the tolerance in +-0.005mm
6. Able to work rotating shift
