Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and Manage company’s websites, ecommerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Strategize and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive sales increase, brand activation, conversion rates and traffic.
• Monitor and manage inventory level across all platforms, update product listing and pricing to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms to improve customer experience.
• Analyze performance metrics and achieve ROI on digital marketing dollars.
• Develop and Optimize graphics, design, product description and content for digital marketing usage including EDM, newsletter and social media.
• Research and Identify trends and craft promotional calendars based on current marketing trends.
• Facilitate on-line orders fulfillment, which include attending to customers’ enquiry, tracking and after-sales.
• Work with business units, partners and third parties in various stages of marketing initiatives.
• Support and Assist in events and perform tasks as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing/ Information Technology.
• 2 years relevant experience in ecommerce role in Retail or F&B industry preferred.
• Proficiency in website development, Wordpress, Woocommerce, Shopify, HTML, HTML5, Java Script and CSS.
• Strong knowledge in digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, SEM and Google Analytics tools)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills to interact and influence clients, team members, and various levels of management.
• Proven ability, vision, and skills to lead e-commerce sales towards business goals in a rapid changing environment.
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills, result oriented and able to work independently.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask with effective time & project management skill.
• Team player and able to work under pressure in fast paced, fun working environment.

Salary commensurate with experience.

We are located at Kallang Avenue, next to Bendemeer MRT Station/ 10 mins walk from Lavender MRT Station.
