Job description

Singapore's speciality coffee brand Greybox Coffee first established our presence in 2019 and since amassed a loyal following with our diverse coffee and food menu designed to satisfy every craving. Our specialty coffee menu includes single origin pour‑overs from Ethiopia, Jamaica and Colombia, as well as a premium Geisha blend from Panama.

Responsibilities
Inventory and Sales Management (E-Commerce and Food Delivery Platforms)
  • Account for the overall e-commerce sales performance across pureplay e.g. Shopee and Lazada and food delivery platforms e.g. Grab, FoodPanda, Deliveroo
  • Drive sales conversion, category expansion, and pricing competitiveness across key e-commerce accounts
  • Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability in the e-commerce ecosystem
  • Lead the e-commerce demand forecasting process, ensuring precise volume projections to maintain optimal stock levels
Negotiation & Strategy (E-Commerce and Food Delivery Platforms)
  • Lead commercial negotiations with e-commerce platforms to unlock better terms, including discount structures, ad placements, and promotional funding
  • Liaise with Chinese Headquarters to drive e-commerce initiatives by aligning strategies across different markets for synchronized campaigns, mega sale events, and omnichannel activations
Campaign Support & Coordination
  • Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail and out-of-home channels
  • Coordinate creative production, track timelines, and manage deliverables across outlets and teams
Social Media & Content
  • Help plan, create and publish engaging content across Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
  • Work with agencies and creators to produce on‑brand content that drives engagement
Influencer & PR Support
  • Assist in identifying and coordinating with local influencers, media, and brand partners
  • Support press outreach, seeding initiatives and content collaborations
Events & Brand Activations
  • Help organise and run pop‑up events, in‑store experiences, and community activations
  • Manage logistics and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution
Reporting & Insights
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate post‑campaign reports
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitive activities to inform marketing strategy
