Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an E-commerce & CRM Executive to enhance their client's Marketing team. The role involves managing customer inquiries, logistics coordination, and e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless support across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a diploma in a relevant field and experience in customer service or e-commerce. Proficiency in basic Japanese is preferred for liaising with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Job description

We are representing our client in the Consumer and Lifestyle sector to expand their Marketing team to hire for an Ecommerce & CRM Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Manage customer enquiries professionally across email and social platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram).
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and order-related questions.
  • Keep clear records of all customer interactions.

Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination

  • Work with overseas shipping partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track orders and support issue resolution for delivery delays.
  • Share logistics updates with the internal team.

E-commerce Operations

  • Oversee daily tasks on the company’s online store, including order management, subscription tracking, and basic backend edits.
  • Support customers with payment issues, address updates, and account requests.
  • Coordinate across customer support, operations, and logistics teams.
  • Maintain and update product pages, ensuring accurate content and listings.

Marketing & Admin Support

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, product trials, and event prep.
  • Coordinate internal tastings and compile feedback for monthly product curation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Communications, or Logistics (or relevant field).
  • Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or fulfillment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in reading/writing basic Japanese is preferred to liaise with Japanese stakeholders.
