Job summary

A dynamic e-commerce company in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual for video editing, order management, and customer support roles. You will engage with customers via chat and email, manage product listings, and assist in live social media events. Familiarity with key e-commerce platforms and design tools is essential. This is a 12-month contract position with a Monday to Saturday working schedule.

Qualifications

  • Responsibility for video editing using Capcut for various platforms.
  • Experience in managing orders and inventory for e-commerce.
  • Ability to provide customer support and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Edit videos for live stream clips and promotional content.
  • Process orders and manage delivery coordination.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist with product recommendations.
  • Set up promotional discounts and campaigns with the marketing team.
  • Track stock levels and update the inventory system.
  • Upload products and maintain accurate product details on the website.
  • Coordinate content visuals for marketing.
  • Provide support during TikTok live events.

Job description

Duration: 3 + 9 months=12 months Contract

Location: Ubi Oxley Bizhub

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm, Saturday 9am-1pm

Training Provided, 1 Year Gap Year OK

Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
  1. Video Editing
    • Video editing using Capcut for Live Stream Clips Daily on Tiktok accounts.
    • Video editing for products poster for Facebook/IG/Telegram
  2. Order Processing
    • Manage E-commerce platform orders packing, coordinate deliveries, and handle returns or exchanges.( Facebook/Website/Tiktok/Shopee/Lazada)
  3. Customer Support
    • Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email.
    • Assist with product recommendations and resolve issues.
  4. Promotions
    • Set up discounts, sales, and special offers Postings on Facebook/Telegram using Canvas
    • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns.
  5. Inventory Management
    • Track stock levels and update inventory system.
  6. Product Management
    • Upload new products, descriptions, and pricing on the website.
    • Update stock levels and ensure accurate product details.
  7. Content Coordination
    • Ensure product photos and banners are consistent and appealing.
  8. TikTok Live Support
    • Support hosts during live events by preparing items and engaging with viewers during working hour
  9. Any other additional duties or tasks assigned

Key Skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Facebook/IG/Tiktok/Shopee).
