Job summary

A preschool intervention centre in Singapore seeks an experienced Psychologist or Early Intervention Specialist to develop early intervention programmes. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, qualifications in psychological or EI fields, and be comfortable working collaboratively with teachers and parents. Responsibilities include conducting individual sessions, providing guidance on strategies, and fostering effective communication with parents. Job description

We’re looking to collaborate with an Experienced Psychologist or Early Intervention Specialist to develop and run early intervention programmes in our centre and preschool.

What we hope to build:
  • A structured EI support approach in a preschool setting (e.g., identification → goal setting → intervention → progress tracking)
  • Small-group / individual intervention sessions that can be carried over into daily classroom routines
  • Teacher coaching and guidance on classroom strategies (learning readiness, attention, behaviour, social skills, communication)
  • Parent communication support (clear updates, home practice ideas, and guidance on next steps when needed)
  • Basic templates and workflow (IEP-style goals, session notes, progress updates)
Ideal background:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working with young children (preschool age preferred)
  • Qualification and experience as a Psychologist OR EI specialist
  • Comfortable collaborating with teachers and working closely with parents
  • Bonus: Experience working with ECDA-related funding/support schemes and documentation processes (where applicable)
