A leading energy company in Singapore is seeking an E&I Maintenance Technician for maintaining facility systems such as fire alarms and HVAC. Candidates should have a NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering, along with good safety awareness and communication skills. Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of E&I Maintenance Technician on Jurong Island, Singapore through 22 January 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (SGT).

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, including:
Fire alarm systems
HVAC and chiller systems
Lighting and building electrical systems
Support basic electrical maintenance tasks such as:
Power distribution panels (PDP), motors, and MCC panels
Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and instrumentation equipment under supervision
Provide support for calibration and testing of instrumentation devices
Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and permit-to-work requirements during all maintenance activities
Accurately document maintenance activities, findings, and corrective actions in the CMMS
Be prepared for call-out duty or 12-hour day shift when required
Participate in training programs to develop E&I technical skills and facility maintenance expertise
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in facility maintenance or electrical/instrumentation work
Exposure to facility systems (fire alarm, HVAC, chiller, lighting) preferred
Basic troubleshooting of electrical and facility systems
Understanding of instrumentation fundamentals (sensors, transmitters, control loops)
Good safety awareness and adherence to procedures
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
Basic communication and documentation skills
Refinery, petrochemical, or chemical additive industry
Open to candidates from pharmaceutical or semiconductor industries with calibration experience
Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a plant environment
Good understanding of safe work practices and compliance requirements
Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving
Adaptability to handle both facility and E&I tasks
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
Selected candidate will work in the Singapore under the local payroll system and benefits.
