Job Scope: E-commerce Manager (Paid Campaigns & Analytics Focus)
Position Overview: The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for driving online sales and revenue growth through paid marketing campaigns, data‑driven decision‑making, and performance optimization. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, ROI analysis, and e-commerce KPIs to ensure measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Paid Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels including Shopee Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage budgets to maximize ROI and minimize wasted spend.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making adjustments to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high‑performing ad creatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and e‑commerce metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights from sales, traffic, and customer behavior data.
- Maintain dashboards and regular reports on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, AOV, and LTV.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns, landing pages, and user experience.

E-commerce Operations & Optimization:
- Monitor website and marketplace performance (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
- Identify areas of friction in the customer journey and work with teams to implement improvements.
- Ensure accurate tracking of all e‑commerce campaigns and revenue attribution.

KPI Ownership & Strategy:
- Define, monitor, and achieve key e‑commerce KPIs including revenue growth, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and repeat purchase rates.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align paid marketing efforts with business objectives.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, creative, and product teams to align campaigns with promotions, launches, and seasonal strategies.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience managing e‑commerce paid campaigns with strong ROI focus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and data visualization platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
