• Position: E-commerce Operations Assistant (Shopee/Lazada)

• Location: Outram (Near Havelock MRT)

• Working hours: 5 days, Monday-Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3600 + Variable Bonus + Health Insurance +

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Photo or video equipment

Main Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining accurate product listings on the company’s website and brand stores on online marketplace platforms

• Develop and implement promotional campaigns with online marketplace platforms

• Optimizing inventory level and pricing accuracy for product listings

• Respond to customer enquiries on timely basis

• Collaborating with colleagues to fulfil sales orders

• Handle return/refund/exchange orders if any
  

Requirement

• Hands-on experience with online marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop)

• Similar experience in ecommerce in a retail industry is an advantage

• Diploma in any field

• Possess great attention to detail

• Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
