Overview

This is a part-time role within the ecommerce team in Decathlon Singapore, reporting to the e-Commerce Operations Leader of Singapore Lab. We consider only Singapore Citizens / Singapore PR for this role.

Decathlon has operated in Singapore since 2013, with a mission to make sports accessible to everyone. We currently have 6 Experience stores and 9 Click & Collect stores in Singapore. We seek sport-passionate talent who enjoy thinking outside the box and driving innovation in retail and omni-channel operations.

Responsibilities

• Team Player – The business and the customer come first. You will work with colleagues to ensure e-commerce operations run smoothly across Picking/Packing/Orders issues/Control Tower, and ensure delivery promises meet KPI targets.
• Operations – Drive operational excellence, improve non-value-added tasks, and enhance service for customers.
• Continuously review operational procedures to enhance the supply chain and monitor service performance through logistics KPIs, including 3PL target performance.
• As e-commerce evolves, explore new ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Partnerships – Collaborate with various partners to strengthen operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Customer Service – Prioritize customers and identify areas for improvement in partnership with the Customer Service team; support the Satisfied or Satisfied policy to maintain loyalty.
• Project Driven – Contribute to the Singapore Lab e-commerce operations and city projects (C02 optimization, 0 Plastic, supplier management, productivity reporting, live dashboard).
