Job summary

A leading tech company in Singapore seeks an E-Commerce Administrator to manage the order processing and customer support for online sales. This role ensures smooth day-to-day eCommerce operations, from overseeing order lifecycles to coordinating logistics. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and is computer literate. While no prior experience is necessary, familiarity with eCommerce operations is an advantage. Training will be provided, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 2:00PM.

Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented E-Commerce Administrator to join us in ensuring smooth day-to-day eCommerce fulfillment and operational support. The role primarily manages order processing, inventory control, and customer communications for online sales channels.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end eCommerce order lifecycle: from order capture to delivery and post-sale service.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and internal warehouse teams for timely order dispatch.
  • Track and maintain optimal inventory levels; prepare regular stock movement and replenishment reports.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, e-store, social).
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims according to internal policies.
Job Requirements
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday and minimal from 9:00AM - 2:00PM daily.
  • No work experience required, training will be provided but prior experience in eCommerce operations and logistics will be an added advantage
  • Studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior experience with ERP/Inventory Management Systems, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) will be added advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through to ensure timely order dispatch.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hourly Rate -- S$10.50 per hour
