Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and Administration of e-commerce platform (Online Shop, Qoo10, Shopee, Lazada etc.)
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in planning, creating and managing all E-commerce Promotion activities.
- Work with warehouse operations to ensure timely shipments and inventory management.
- Ensure the fulfillment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service.
- Engage with customers to effectively build rapport and lasting relationships.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries
- Assist in answering incoming calls and dealing with email enquiries.
- Monitor and Prepare Operation reports and Reconciliation.
- Manage Social media marketing.
Qualifications
- Min. Diploma in any discipline
- Min 2 years experience in e-commerce marketplace, website administration, and sales
- Understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes will be an advantage
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
