This role involves managing logistics operations and collaborating with affiliates for content creation, ensuring seamless execution of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyse and report on sales performance.
  • Manage logistics operations with third‑party warehouses.
  • Recruit and liaise with KOL/KOC affiliates for content creation.
  • Plan and schedule livestream sessions.
  • Support and perform livestreaming on online platforms.
  • Stay updated on livestreaming trends.
  • Support other digital marketing campaigns.

Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage product listings, pricing updates, and campaign setups across marketplaces and brand websites (e.g. TikTok & Shopify).
  • Coordinate banner designs, promotional codes, and campaign execution timelines with the team.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and assist with performance reporting and optimization suggestions.
  • Prepare, analyse and report on sales performance and provide recommendations/corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics operations with third‑party warehouses to ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfilment for e‑commerce activities.
  • Actively recruit and liaise with KOL / KOC affiliates for content creation and/or livestreaming.
  • Plan and schedule livestream sessions; prepare the livestream setup, scripts/flow, and backend operation.
  • Support and perform livestreaming on online platforms, and assist with content creation for assigned TikTok accounts.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on the latest livestreaming trends and practices.
  • Support other digital marketing campaigns when necessary.
