We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our E-Commerce marketing efforts. This role is responsible for end-to-end campaign management, affiliate and creator partnerships, paid ad strategy, and performance analysis on E-Marketplace focusing on TikTok. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and analytical, with a deep understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem and trends. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and platform partners to drive engagement, brand visibility, and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the growth of the e-commerce business by enhancing customer experience,
- Conduct data analysis to generate commercial insights and support business decision-making.
- Drive revenue and profitability across all digital platforms.
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing initiatives, and social media activities to identify strategic opportunities and partnerships.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities.
- Implement customer retention and loyalty programmes to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Oversee order fulfilment processes, including store pickups, deliveries, and returns.
- Manage relationships with platform partners and external stakeholders.
- Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok marketing campaigns to support brand and sales objectives.
- Coordinate product focus, promotional mechanics, and campaign timelines with internal teams.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok affiliates and creators.
- Prepare and communicate campaign briefs, ensuring alignment and timely posting.
- Track and analyse affiliate and creator performance metrics to improve ROI.
- Set up, manage, and optimise TikTok Ads to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor ad budgets, audience targeting, creatives, and overall ad performance.
- Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROI, engagement, and reach across TikTok and digital campaigns.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights to enhance results.
- Work closely with design, marketing, logistics, customer service, and e-commerce teams to align TikTok and digital strategies with brand objectives.
- Liaise with platform representatives (e.g., TikTok Key Account Managers) for best practices, insights, and campaign support.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in e-marketplace operations or digital marketing with hands‑on experience in TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada platforms and/or managing TikTok creators or affiliate programs preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiar with TikTok Ads Manager and creator marketplace tools
- Creative mindset, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
