E-Commerce Digital marketing manager - K Beauty skincare
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing manager to join our dynamic K‑beauty cosmetic team in Singapore. This role is responsible for managing and growing an entire digital marketing team, including planning, executing, and overseeing digital marketing operations to maximize sales and brand visibility of @Weglowskin (Shopee/Lazada) cosmetics in the marketplace. This role also includes ongoing communication with Guardian store managers to collaborate on annual or special events we are required to join during the terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing – (Major role)
- Seek new KOL/Influencers in the cosmetic industry to engage in content creation that potentially drives high traffic on social media.
- Plan monthly seeding, set goals for each content piece, find the right keywords to drive high traffic for the content ads. Manage social media accounts: content creation, posting schedule, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Ongoing communication with each brand’s managers from Korea to update and ask for support to maximize brand sales and reputation in Singapore.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and rankings.
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
E-Commerce and Retail shops (Guardian) – (Second role)
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and content are accurate and optimized.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion rates.
- Plan and execute online sales campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, Black Friday, festive sales).
- Regular communication with Guardian store managers to ensure alignment with their special event requirements (annual promotion).
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Business, Communications, or related field.
- +4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or e‑commerce.
- Hands‑on experience with social media management, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and e‑commerce platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, analytical, and detail‑oriented with good time management.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Nice-to-Have (Added Advantage)
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Familiarity with marketplace advertising (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads).
- Video editing skills for TikTok/Instagram Reels.
