Job description
E-commerce
  • Daily operations includes preparing of orders and packing of orders
  • Listing / managing E-Commerce online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok etc)
  • Managing customer enquiries on platform chats
  • Develop, create and manage product listing on E-Commerce websites/platforms
  • Team Player - works with various departments (product management, graphics & sales) to provided updated content on respective platforms.
  • Handle on screen and backend livestreams
Customer Service
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Attend to walk-ins in Showroom - product enquiries and servicing
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements and skills

  • Willing to appear on screen
Working Hours
  • 5 Day Work (Saturday included, Rotation basis)
  • Working hours: 9am - 5pm
