About JOEI

JOEI is a modern fine & demi-fine jewellery brand focused on everyday elegance. We work with natural gemstones and precious metals, creating refined pieces for modern lifestyles across both retail and online platforms.

We are looking for a Sale Associate to support the daily operations of JOEI’s online store and digital sales channels. This is a hands-on role focused on execution — managing products, orders, inventory, and customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.

You will work closely with the founder and operations team to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient online retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
  • Assist with day-to-day management of JOEI’s e-commerce platform
  • Upload and update product listings, images, prices, and descriptions
  • Process online orders, packing, shipping, and returns
  • Ensure inventory accuracy between online and retail stock
Customer Support
  • Handle customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social platforms
  • Assist with after-sales service, exchanges, and repairs
  • Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
Product & Content Support
  • Upload product photos and basic content
  • Assist with simple product photography (phone or basic camera)
  • Support launches, promotions, and new product drops
Administrative & Reporting Support
  • Maintain organised records of orders and inventory
  • Assist with basic sales reporting and tracking
  • Support ad-hoc operational tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Experience or strong interest in e-commerce, online retail store
  • Comfortable working with websites and backend systems (WooCommerce or similar)
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Good communication and customer service skills
