Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations to ensure a professional and efficient workplace environment.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors for office maintenance and logistics.
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Prepare welcome kits and workspaces for new hires.
  • Act as a welcoming point of contact for visitors and stakeholders.
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Assist with visas, work pass applications, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and brand-aligned office environment.
  • Assist with company events and internal communications.
