Job Description

• Manage and maintain warehouse operations and inventory accuracy to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Pick and pack implant sets according to orders received from the sales team.
• Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of implant and instrument sets to hospitals.
• Inspect and verify incoming shipments; stock materials in the warehouse in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure all related documents are accurate and properly filed.
• Conduct regular checks on stock expiry dates and ensure proper rotation of materials.
• Participate in annual stock counts and reconciliation activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Admin Manager and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess class 3 driving license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Clean Driving Record
• Able to perform overtime when necessary
• Able to work on rotating shifts/weekends/public holidays when necessary
