You will prepare and develop BIM models in accordance with project standards while producing coordinated BIM drawings and documentation. Job Description

1. Prepare and develop BIM models in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and applicable standards.
2. Produce coordinated BIM drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
3. Perform clash detection and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external consultants.
4. Update and revise BIM models based on design changes, coordination outcomes, and site feedback.
5. Support BIM submissions to authorities, clients, and consultants, as required.
6. Maintain and manage BIM data, families, templates, and related documentation.
7. Assist project and engineering teams with BIM-related coordination and deliverables.
8. Perform other reasonable BIM-related dutiesas assigned.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering, BIM, Architecture, or a related discipline.
2. 2–4 years of relevant BIM modeling experience.
3. Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent tools.
