1. BIM Modelling & Drafting
- Develop and update 2D/3D BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or other BIM platforms.
- Produce accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Maintain model accuracy, level of detail (LOD), and adherence to project requirements.
2. Engineering Support
- Assist engineers in design calculations, material specifications, and technical documentation.
- Review engineering drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with engineering standards.
- Support in preparing method statements, technical submissions, and design reports.
3. Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with project engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure coordinated and clash‑free BIM models.
- Participate in coordination meetings and update models based on feedback.
- Ensure timely issue of drawings and support project timelines.
4. Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure drawings and models comply with regulatory requirements, company standards, and project guidelines.
- Conduct model checks, clash detection, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized documentation and revision control.
5. Site / Project Support
- Provide technical support to project teams during construction phases.
- Update models based on site progress and changes.
- Assist in preparing fabrication drawings or detailed layouts when required.
