Qualifications

• Knowledge in Autocad required.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle drafting responsibilities, including shop drawings, coordination drawings, layout and schematic diagrams;

• Work closely with engineers and designers;

• Prepare preliminary drawings according to sales quotation and project requirements;

• Develop single-line, termination and arrangement drawing in accordance to design intent;

• Extract quantity take-off for cost estimation;

• Carry out general administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Must have knowledge in Autocad;

• Minimum NTC 2 / NTC 3 or ITE qualification;

• Proficiency in PDF tools, Microsoft applications, MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint;

• Working experience of 1 year will be an advantage;

• Familiar with ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) Systems and Security Systems will be an advantage;

• Familiar with submission standards in the Singapore Construction Industry;

• Good time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and timelines;

• Communicate effectively and work closely with the team members;

• Independent, self-motivated and responsible individual with good working attitude.
