Job Description

• Drawing Management & Coordination: Plan and produce detailed design, shop, coordination, and as‑built drawings that meet project and engineering requirements across all disciplines.
• Technical Detailing: Develop interface details between architectural finishes and services, ensuring seamless integration of civil and structural elements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed of BCA and other regulatory standards to ensure drawings align with authority requirements.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize CAD tools and leverage Revit capabilities to convert 3D designs into annotated 2D drawings with precision.
• Quality & Timeliness: Manage drawing deliverables efficiently while ensuring high standards of accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
• Independent Execution: Work independently with ownership and accountability to meet tight deadlines and deliver expected outputs.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline from a recognized institution. Professional certification in AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software is preferred.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of BCA regulations and construction drawing standards.
