Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Singapore seeks an Operations Assistant to support overall dormitory management. Responsibilities include coordinating with marketing, ensuring cleanliness, rectifying client-reported defects, and managing tenant documentation. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in facilities management or people management.
  • Knowledge of Fire Safety Manager qualification preferred.
  • Work experience in a dormitory environment preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Operation Manager in overall management of dormitory operations.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for unit allocations.
  • Ensure general maintenance and cleanliness of premises.
  • Promptly rectify defects reported by clients.
  • Liaise with government authorities regarding licensing requirements.
  • Maintain rapport with clients for trust in services.
  • Undertake cost-cutting measures to optimize resources.
  • Document tenant movements and manage access passes.
