About our client: Our client is a manufacturer of offshore drilling and production equipment that is well-suited for use in deepwater applications.
About the role
- Work closely with Quality Records Lead to ensure that documentation requirements are met
- Expedite requests received via email, phone, in-person
- Log incoming work orders and place them in numerical and date order
- Detailed review of work orders, corresponding reports, non-conformance, engineering document waivers, etc.
- High level of data entry into Innovex Serial Number system
- Accurately number and log work order review completions and discrepancies in Access database
- Understanding of data integrity verification
- Identify documentation/traceability discrepancies and escalate as needed
- Correspond with Quality Control inspectors as needed
- Ability to learn Direct Reviews, Innovex Serial Number, Customer Property, and Rental databases
- Compile manufacturing record books per sales order requirements
- Update tracking logs for manufacturing record books
- Scan documents, properly name, and store in designated electronic and physical locations
- Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with company HSE standards and procedures
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Quality Records Lead and/or Quality Assurance Manager
About you
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in quality documentation, data entry, or manufacturing records in the Oil & Gas or manufacturing industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word) and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, document control, and data integrity principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining HSE and company safety standards.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Work location: Tuas (pick-up transport provided)
- Work hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5.15pm)
