Role Purpose
Lead the strategy, content, and delivery of SICC’s flagship programmes and partnerships. The role combines programme innovation, commercial development, and partner stewardship to strengthen SICC’s reputation as the premier convenor of business communities and generate sustainable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Strategy & Design
- Develop and execute an integrated strategy for all signature programmes, ensuring alignment with SICC’s vision and priorities.
- Curate themes, speakers, and formats that keep programmes relevant, forward-looking, and distinctive.
Partnerships & Sponsorship
- Build and manage sponsorship pipelines, craft compelling value propositions and partnership packages.
- Cultivate long-term alliances with corporates, government agencies, and international chambers.
Delivery & Operations
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of events and initiatives, ensuring excellence in production, logistics, and participant experience.
- Implement budget planning, cost control, and ROI analysis for each programme.
Post-Event Impact & Innovation
- Measure programme performance — including attendance, sponsorship revenue, participant satisfaction, media reach, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) — and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Continuously refresh programme design and delivery to keep SICC’s flagship initiatives relevant, innovative, and commercially strong.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead a high-performing team responsible for flagship and partnership programmes to advance the strategic goals of the Chamber.
- Partner closely with relevant internal & external stakeholders to maximise visibility and synergies.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Executive.
