• Experience in Product Operations or similar roles improving team effectiveness.
• Hands-on operator skills, comfortable coaching others.
• Comfortable building functions from scratch, defining workflows, and iterating.

• Design and drive product planning cycles connecting strategy and delivery.
• Support product leaders with insights for strategic decisions.
• Develop structured feedback loops for actionable insights.
• Implement delivery practices to improve predictability.
