Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Be responsible for formulating the development strategy of overseas investment promotion and franchise business and the annual and quarterly investment promotion plans, clarifying investment promotion goals, expansion areas and core directions to ensure the achievement of investment promotion tasks.
  2. Conduct research on overseas target markets, conduct in-depth analysis of franchise demand, consumption trends, competitive landscape, policy environment and industry barriers in each region, and provide data support and decision-making basis for the optimization of investment promotion strategies.
  3. Lead the development and maintenance of overseas investment promotion and franchise channels, including but not limited to exploring potential franchisees, connecting with overseas chambers of commerce, industry organizations, partners, etc., to build a diversified overseas investment promotion network.
  4. Be responsible for overseas investment promotion and franchise negotiation work, conduct in-depth communication with potential franchisees, introduce brand advantages, franchise policies, profit models and support systems, accurately match franchise needs, and promote the cooperation signing process.
  5. Coordinate overseas investment promotion brand promotion work, work with the marketing department to formulate overseas brand investment promotion plans, participate in overseas industry exhibitions, investment promotion seminars, online investment promotion platform operations and other activities, and enhance the brand's investment promotion influence in overseas markets.
  6. Be responsible for the full-process service follow-up of franchise customers, including qualification review before franchising, store location guidance, decoration design support, personnel training connection during franchising, as well as operation supervision and problem solving after franchising, so as to improve franchisee satisfaction and retention rate.
  7. Establish overseas investment promotion and franchise customer files, sort out investment promotion data regularly, analyze investment promotion effects, write investment promotion work summaries and optimization suggestion reports, and timely report investment promotion progress and market dynamics to the company's management.
  8. Establish and lead the overseas investment promotion team, formulate team training plans and performance appraisal systems, improve the professional investment promotion capabilities and business level of team members, and build an efficient overseas investment promotion team.
  9. Be responsible for coordinating resources of various internal departments of the company (such as products, operations, legal affairs, finance, etc.), ensuring the smooth progress of overseas investment promotion and franchise business, and solving cross-departmental collaboration problems arising in the investment promotion process.
  10. Other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration is preferred; with more than 5 years of relevant work experience in overseas market investment promotion, franchise and channel expansion, and those with successful overseas investment promotion project operation experience are preferred.
  2. Familiar with the investment promotion environment, franchise model and industry rules of major overseas markets (such as Southeast Asia), with keen market insight and business judgment.
  3. Possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills and negotiation skills, be able to use English as the working language proficiently, and those who master other foreign languages (such as Spanish, French, Arabic, etc.) are preferred.
  4. Have rich overseas investment promotion channel resources, including potential franchisees, chambers of commerce, industry media, investment promotion platforms, etc., and be able to quickly launch overseas investment promotion work.
  5. Possess strong strategic planning ability, team management ability and project execution ability, be able to independently formulate investment promotion plans and promote their implementation, and lead the team to complete investment promotion goals.
  6. Possess good professional quality and pressure resistance, work proactively, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to adapt to overseas business trips and a flexible work rhythm.
  7. Familiar with relevant laws, regulations and compliance requirements for overseas investment promotion, have risk prevention and control awareness, and be able to avoid potential risks in the investment promotion process.
  8. Possess good customer service awareness and brand awareness, and be able to effectively maintain customer relations and the company's brand image.
  9. Proficient in using Office software and commonly used overseas communication tools and investment promotion management systems, with basic data analysis capabilities.
