Job summary

Job description

• Lead fundraising initiatives targeting insurance companies, pension funds, endowments, foundations, institutional family offices, reinsurers, and balance‑sheet investors.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with CIOs, alternatives heads, investment committees, and key decision‑makers to secure anchor investments and cornerstone commitments.
• Manage institutional due diligence, RFPs, and investment committee processes, coordinating internal teams to support investor inquiries and presentations.
• Collaborate with the CIO and investment team to structure institutional‑grade fund vehicles and integrate investor feedback into fund design, terms, and positioning.
• Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, insurance platforms, and capital partners, supporting co‑investment and bespoke mandate opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in institutional fundraising, private credit, or alternative investments.
• Demonstrated success in securing capital from institutional and insurance investors.
• Strong understanding of private credit, secured lending, and credit risk.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and investment committees.
