Job summary

A leading hair studio in Singapore is seeking a Hair Salon Manager to oversee the operations and profitability of the outlet. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hair experience, including at least 2 years in a management role. Responsibilities include advanced hair cutting and coloring, customer service, and team leadership. This role offers the opportunity to develop staff and ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant hair experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the overall management and profitability of the assigned outlet.
• Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for continuous improvement.
• Oversee and assist in operational matters.
• Perform advanced hair cutting and hair coloring such as highlights, ombre, and balayage.
• Style hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos.
• Upsell clients on products and services.
• Lead team with exceptional customer service.
• Train a highly effective team committed to achieving set targets.
• Develop staff into service professionals and groom high potentials to leadership roles.
• Ensure good housekeeping is practiced and maintained at all times.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
