A leading consultancy firm located in Singapore is seeking a qualified candidate experienced in Central Kitchen management. The role requires overseeing operations, training team members, and managing budgets to ensure optimal restaurant performance. Candidates should have a solid understanding of sanitation requirements, food safety standards, and a history of developing effective business strategies. Only candidates with Central Kitchen experience is considered.Candidate will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards:-
Manage, train, and develop team members and work within allbudgeted guidelines
Approve operational budgets
Monitors restaurant operations sales performance against budget
Responsible for the development and implementation of F&B’sannual business plan and medium-long term strategies
Determine sales target for each outlet
Leadership building and development plans to align withorganizational strategies
Establish business continuity and crisis management plans acrossthe operations
Ensure that operational standards are met in regards to sanitationrequirements, food safety regulations, operation licenses and loss prevention
Formulate strategies for continuous improvement
Drive and development of new recipes
Drive and business development, evaluation of new businessopportunities
Direct review of existing work processes and procedures inaccordance with process improvement review
Optimize the operating profit by permanent control of everyaccount of the statement
Develop strategies to improve customer loyalty
Drive organization's compliance with personal, food & beveragehygiene standards
Drive organization's compliance to workplace Safety and Healthpolicies and procedues
