Qualifications

• At least 10 years of private equity / investment banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business/deal opportunities in the Southeast Asia market.
• Lead transaction execution including due diligence and financial modelling.
• Manage client relationships in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business/deal opportunities in the Southeast Asia market.
• Lead all transaction execution including conducting due diligence and financial modelling & analysis.
• Identify key challenges in all deals and formulate effective solutions.
• Manage and develop all client relationships in Southeast Asia.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations.
• Manage and train junior associates on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

• A recognized degree in Accountancy or Banking & Finance; MBA is a plus.
• At least 10 years of private equity / investment banking experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English; other language (used in South East Asia) skill is a plus.
• Excellent finance and accounting skills; high quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Good coverage of South East Asia countries – particularly Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia.
• Good knowledge of large corporations where deals can be originated and synergies created.
• Great network of investors who can be limited partners to funds or as co-investors.
• Proven track record in making deals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain and build on relationships at all levels with all stakeholders.
• High standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Experience in focus industry sectors Advanced Technology/Materials, Telecommunication, Advanced Manufacturing, Clean Energy, Data Analytics and Healthcare is a plus.
