Job summary

A leading repair services company in Singapore is seeking a well-experienced Senior Service Technician. This role requires outstanding customer service and excellent technical skills for troubleshooting and repairing various devices, including smartphones and PCs. The ideal candidate should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends. Responsibilities include traveling to customer sites, maintaining high-quality repair standards, and providing estimates. Qualifications

  • Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PCs, MACs, and game consoles.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a retail electronics store or mobile shop is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Travel safely to customer sites within scheduled appointment windows.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices.

Senior Service Technician

Responsibilities
  • Safely travel to customer sites and arrive within the scheduled appointment window
  • Inform customers of job status (En route, Arrived, etc.)
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
  • Provide recommendations for problem resolution
  • Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non‑technical, simple to understand manner
  • Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
  • Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards – Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment
  • Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly style
  • Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all van stock
  • Utilize the point‑of‑sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real‑time status of each repair
  • Able to do replacement of parts, glass, motherboard IC
  • Perform testing and repair of mobile phones
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Able to work late night whenever required, including weekend and public holidays
